If you encounter a bug, rule violation, or suspicious behaviour, please report it using one of the methods below.

The best way to submit a report is through our official report form.

Use this for:

• Reporting players

• Reporting bugs or glitches

• Exploits or unintended behaviour

All reports are reviewed by staff.

If you are unable to use the report form, you can submit a report through Discord.

Open a support ticket and provide the required information.

This method is also useful for urgent reports.

To help us investigate your report efficiently, please include:

• Your Minecraft username

• The player’s username (if applicable)

• A clear description of the issue

• Screenshots or video evidence

• Time and date of the incident

Reports without sufficient evidence may not be actioned.

Please use the report system responsibly.

• Do not submit false reports

• Do not spam submissions

• Be honest and accurate

Abuse of the reporting system may result in action being taken against your account.

All reports are reviewed as soon as possible.

Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the report and current volume.

Serious issues are prioritised.
